This is for my friends in Newtown. I know this is a sore subject because this Inn, which I visited many times, eventually closed for economic reasons. I miss it terribly but like all history buffs, I miss what it represents - a time when things were simpler and change wasn’t a concern. Change really does stink sometimes. I think this postcard is from the 1970s or early 80s.
