As a neophyte cartoonist myself I hate to throw shade on another artist...but seriously, what's going on with this little girl? The older women are drawn perfectly for the style. The only conclusion I can come up with is that at the last minute the client asked the illustrator to add another person to the image. Angry at the addition changes he took out his frustration on her.
