This posed group is cute although the year is a mystery - Maybe 1905. Can tell if the ladies are wearing swimsuits or coverups or just dresses. Their shoes say, "No." to swimming. However, for the Victorian era this level of female modesty at the beach would be no surprise if they were in swimsuits. What an era.
He is definitely wearing a swim suit.
